Teams at Tradeify

Own and administer NetSuite and connected business systems across Finance and Operations. Configure workflows, permissions, dashboards, saved searches, integrations, reporting, and process automation. Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing and releases, maintain documentation and controls, support users, and improve data integrity, financial close, and audit readiness.

Lead and grow a backend and full-stack engineering team responsible for Tradeify’s live trading platform. Partner with Product and Engineering teams on platform integrations, architecture, delivery, code quality, CI/CD, reliability, observability, and incident response. Remain hands-on through code reviews, design guidance, and technical problem solving while managing performance, hiring, onboarding, and cross-functional communication.

Lead the engineering team building Arcnine, Tradeify’s real-time trading platform from development through launch. Hire and develop engineers, guide architecture, partner with Product and Design, remain hands-on with code, establish quality and delivery practices, and own reliability, observability, and incident response. The role also contributes to company-wide engineering standards and communicates progress, risks, and needs to founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
