Handles severe commercial general liability bodily injury and property damage claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include coverage analysis, liability and damages evaluation, reserving, negotiation, litigation management, legal expense control, recovery efforts, regulatory compliance, and customer communication. The role also provides technical guidance, mentoring, coaching, and claim-handling resources to colleagues and business partners. An insurance license may be required within three months of hire.

The role involves investigating, negotiating, and resolving General Liability claims, providing customer service, and maintaining compliance standards.

Lead and manage a field-based sales team to drive profitable growth in assigned territory through strategic planning, agency diagnostics, relationship-building with agents and brokers, and cross-functional collaboration. Own territory performance, coach Sales Executives, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and represent Travelers in agency councils while meeting new business, retention, and profitability goals. Travel up to 50% and perform other duties as assigned.
