Supports workers compensation claim handling through structured training, claim investigation, coverage and compensability assessment, documentation, stakeholder communication, fraud evaluation, medical treatment coordination, and claim resolution. The role requires maintaining accurate records, learning claims systems and procedures, obtaining required insurance licenses, and developing toward independent claims handling responsibility.

Lead and manage a field-based sales team to drive profitable growth in assigned territory through strategic planning, agency diagnostics, relationship-building with agents and brokers, and cross-functional collaboration. Own territory performance, coach Sales Executives, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and represent Travelers in agency councils while meeting new business, retention, and profitability goals. Travel up to 50% and perform other duties as assigned.
