Lead systems engineering for safety-critical embedded GPS receivers used in military aviation and maritime platforms. Own product requirements, lifecycle planning, qualification, certification, and verification strategies under DO-178C and DO-254 standards. Mentor verification engineers, oversee requirements traceability and lifecycle artifacts, and serve as the technical authority for program management, customer integrations, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

The Hardware Development Engineer designs and develops high-performance GPS receivers, managing all design phases from concept to production, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.

Serve as a technical liaison across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams. Lead enterprise client discovery engagements, design integrated workflow architectures, develop digital strategies, resolve architectural escalations, and improve delivery processes. The role requires expertise with Trimble App Xchange and construction-industry consulting or product/project management, along with client relationship management, requirements gathering, and multi-project engagement leadership.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities, conduct discovery calls and demonstrations, nurture prospects, and transition qualified leads to sales representatives. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on messaging, market trends, and strategic outreach. Represent Transporeon and Trimble at trade shows and conferences, generate meetings, and coordinate with global teams to support pipeline growth across North America.

Responsible for growing new accounts and helping with existing ones, prospecting leads, demonstrating solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
