The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR partner for administrative departments, supporting recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefits coordination, and offboarding. The role requires accurate document management, billing time, compliance with ethical guidelines, teamwork, and occasional training of other paralegals.

The Billing Specialist prepares, edits, and distributes client invoices and prebills; manages billing adjustments, alternate rates, exemptions, approvals, and client billing information.
