The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR partner for administrative departments, supporting recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefits coordination, and offboarding. The role advises leaders and employees, conducts investigations, leads orientation and HR initiatives, maintains Workday records, improves HR processes, and ensures consistent policy application while aligning HR strategies with firm objectives.

Supports attorneys and legal support professionals in the Finance & Banking practice by handling UCC filings, financing statements, lien and corporate searches, closing packages, signature packets, invoices, records, calendars, and billable time tracking. Maintains confidentiality, follows firm procedures, supports workflow continuity, and uses legal technology systems including iManage, Intapp, DocuSign, and SimplyAgree.

Supports patent prosecution matters for US, PCT, and international applications. Monitors legal deadlines, prepares and files patent applications and Information Disclosure Statements, manages assignment recordations, reviews agency correspondence, maintains matter files, communicates with clients and attorneys, and tracks billable time. The role requires strong knowledge of patent law, CFR and MPEP, proficiency with electronic filing systems and Microsoft Office, and at least eight years of patent prosecution experience.
