Evaluate commercial clients' operations through on-site and virtual surveys, analyze loss history, prepare reports, recommend risk-reduction measures, deliver safety training, collaborate with underwriting and agents, develop corrective action plans, and maintain documentation and safety resources to improve client safety and underwriting outcomes.
