Responsible for regional sales, revenue, customer relationships, prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and direct selling of OEM lasers and laser-based systems across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. The role manages strategic customer partnerships, supports integrators and distributors, initiates applications and marketing activities, maintains CRM records and sales reports, and travels up to 50% within the territory and internationally as needed.

Provides on-site and remote technical support for sheet metal processing and laser machines. Troubleshoots, repairs, and diagnoses equipment issues; trains customers on machine operation and basic repairs; collaborates with internal technical teams; documents service activities; and manages tools, vehicles, equipment, and parts inventory. Requires customer communication, independent scheduling, occasional overnight travel, physical lifting, and safe operation of forklifts or overhead cranes.
