Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Trustly Remember Me and Trustly ID, expanding identity verification, authentication, and KYC capabilities. Define market positioning, drive user and merchant adoption, establish growth and conversion metrics, lead multi-quarter roadmaps, and partner with Engineering, UX, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Commercial, and enterprise merchants. The role requires translating authentication innovation into measurable payment conversion, retention, and transaction growth.

Own the strategy and execution of Trustly’s risk platform, including decisioning, model integration, rules management, and real-time controls. Partner with Data Science and Engineering on model thresholds, features, monitoring, architecture, and feedback loops. Optimize approval rates, loss exposure, and payment guarantee economics. Manage the backlog, sprint planning, requirements, acceptance criteria, and alignment across Risk, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Sales.

Leads Trustly’s global information security and IT organizations, defining security strategy, architecture, risk management, compliance, SOC operations, incident response, and resilience programs. Oversees enterprise IT, infrastructure, workplace technology, vendors, disaster recovery, and AI-driven productivity initiatives. Advises the executive team and Board on cyber risk, regulatory requirements, and technology resilience while managing global teams and relationships with regulators, auditors, and strategic partners.

Own the global financial institution connectivity product roadmap for Trustly’s open banking platform. Lead product discovery, prioritization, requirements, integrations, testing, migration, and quality monitoring. Partner with engineering, data, sales, customer success, banking relations, finance, operations, and external providers to expand bank coverage and improve data performance. Use metrics, cost-benefit analysis, AI-enabled product development, and cross-functional leadership to deliver platform capabilities.

Own Trustly’s global design vision and quality standards across consumer and merchant products. Lead and mentor product designers, establish scalable design culture and processes, oversee the design system, and partner with product and engineering leadership throughout development. Drive user research and usability testing, advocate for design in executive discussions, and communicate its business value. The role emphasizes strong product craft, AI-native prototyping, and experience designing complex or regulated financial products.

Build and maintain Trustly’s AI platform, including LLM infrastructure, prompt management, evaluation pipelines, and agentic workflow tooling. Partner with teams to embed AI into products, establish testing standards, evaluate models and architectures, and drive internal adoption through reusable libraries, documentation, and enablement resources. The role requires staff-level technical leadership, cross-functional influence, and taking AI systems from prototype to reliable production at scale.

Build and lead Trustly’s US Solutions Engineering function across pre-sales consulting, merchant implementation, integration support, and technical account management. Own merchant onboarding, reduce integration friction, support enterprise sales, resolve complex technical escalations, develop self-service integration resources, and establish performance metrics. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and merchant technical teams to improve launches, reliability, growth, and commercial outcomes.

Own the roadmap, strategy, requirements, and execution for core payment products, particularly gaming-focused solutions. Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, sales, banks, processors, and other stakeholders to launch scalable products. Translate customer needs, market trends, and regulations into opportunities, prioritize features, manage risk and compliance, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous product improvements.
