Owns product strategy and roadmaps for risk decisioning, collections, and risk operations platforms. Leads product managers and operations staff, partners with engineering and data science on real-time decisioning and ML-driven products, and translates regulatory requirements into product delivery. Runs planning, budgeting, operating cadences, vendor management, and executive reporting across Data and Risk while driving automation and cross-functional programs.

Own the architecture, reliability, operation, and evolution of Trustly’s payments transaction orchestration systems. Lead service contracts, observability, on-call operations, incident response, root-cause remediation, documentation, AI-assisted implementation, and integration testing. Partner with global engineering teams, take ownership of a mature business-critical codebase, and help hire and lead a new team. The role requires deep distributed-systems expertise, payment or financial systems experience, and strong knowledge of correctness, concurrency, idempotency, and production operations.
