Lead Trustly's global SDLC and AWS infrastructure strategy, modernize developer tooling and CI/CD, embed AI-assisted development practices, run incident management and post-mortems, drive cloud cost optimization/FinOps, and build a developer platform team to improve engineering velocity and reliability.

Lead and build Trustly's US Solutions Engineering organization covering pre-sales, implementation, and technical account management. Drive merchant onboarding, reduce integration time-to-live, support enterprise deals, own escalations, develop self-serve integration resources, and establish performance metrics across the function while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Lead Trustly's internal AI strategy and team to evaluate, adopt, and scale foundation models, agentic tooling, and LLM orchestration. Establish governance, partner across functions to prioritize AI features and automations, drive adoption and measurable ROI, and evangelize AI capabilities company-wide.

Lead and own Trustly's design vision and quality for consumer and merchant products. Build and mentor a global product design team, manage the design system, embed design into product development, drive user research and usability testing, and represent design in executive strategy to improve conversion, trust, and business outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain Trustly's internal AI platform and agentic workflow tooling. Partner with product and engineering teams to embed LLM-powered capabilities, lead prototyping and model evaluations, establish evaluation standards for quality and safety, and create reusable libraries, patterns, and enablement resources to drive internal AI adoption.

Own strategy and roadmap for core payment infrastructure (transaction processing, routing, funding, reconciliation, ledgers). Design and launch payment products, evaluate third-party providers, partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and banking partners, ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation, monitor KPIs, lead discovery, and drive Agile delivery to optimize global payment solutions.

Lead strategy and execution for Trustly's risk platform powering payment guarantees. Define roadmap for decisioning, model integration, rules management, and real-time controls. Partner with Data Science and Engineering on thresholds, monitoring, and model feedback loops. Optimize approval/loss tradeoffs across segments, align cross-functional stakeholders, own backlog, and drive delivery with strong technical and analytical judgment.
