Lead and build Trustly's US Solutions Engineering organization covering pre-sales, implementation, and technical account management. Drive merchant onboarding, reduce integration time-to-live, support enterprise deals, own escalations, develop self-serve integration resources, and establish performance metrics across the function while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Lead Trustly's internal AI strategy and team to evaluate, adopt, and scale foundation models, agentic tooling, and LLM orchestration. Establish governance, partner across functions to prioritize AI features and automations, drive adoption and measurable ROI, and evangelize AI capabilities company-wide.

Lead and own Trustly's design vision and quality for consumer and merchant products. Build and mentor a global product design team, manage the design system, embed design into product development, drive user research and usability testing, and represent design in executive strategy to improve conversion, trust, and business outcomes.
