Supports the Growth team through AI-enabled workflow development, HubSpot CRM optimization, prospect research, pipeline development, market and channel analysis, and cross-functional commercial initiatives. The role builds scalable processes, improves data quality, evaluates automation opportunities, supports outbound prospecting, and translates research into actionable recommendations. This is a remote, part-time independent contractor position requiring independent execution and adaptability.

Reviews automatically segmented English audio transcripts at the individual-word level. Verifies word boundaries, spoken text, and transcription accuracy; corrects errors; splits, merges, removes, or adds segments; and applies transcription conventions consistently. The role requires reviewing complete audio files, making careful judgments on difficult speech, and maintaining high accuracy and quality standards. Work is fully remote and freelance, with potential progression to reviewer or adjudicator responsibilities.
