Lead and supervise hourly staff across three shifts for the graphics/PCB process area. Manage daily operations, scheduling, training, process improvement, equipment uptime, quality control, root-cause analysis, safety and environmental compliance, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, quality, and production control.

Supervise and train wastewater treatment (WWT) operators, manage WWT maintenance and monitoring, administer environmental programs (hazardous waste, stormwater, air emissions, TRI), lead EHS training and drills, develop SOPs and emergency response plans, analyze safety/environmental data, and ensure regulatory compliance at a manufacturing site.

Lead new business capture for strategic Aerospace & Defense accounts across PCB, RF/microwave, and microelectronics product lines. Build pipelines, shape requirements pre-RFP, run full capture lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional solution architecture, and secure high-value awards. Serve as primary customer interface, influence acquisition strategies, and drive win strategies with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing.
