Owns revenue, margin, forecasting, pricing, capacity planning, and long-term strategy for strategic global PCB manufacturing accounts. Builds executive, engineering, purchasing, and supply-chain relationships; identifies new programs; manages CRM and customer business reviews; negotiates pricing; and coordinates globally with sales, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams. Requires extensive travel across customer sites and TTM facilities in the United States and Asia.

Manage export compliance and licensing activities for a global defense manufacturing organization. Prepare ITAR and EAR license applications, classification requests, and Technology Control Plans; conduct investigations, watch-list screening, training, and compliance reviews; support ACE Portal use, customs requirements, foreign travel and visitor approvals, contractual reviews, vendor approvals, and international export activities across North American and global sites.

Leads strategic and emerging aerospace and defense account growth, identifying and capturing high-value opportunities from early customer engagement through award. Builds executive, program, engineering, and technical relationships; shapes requirements; manages pipelines and CRM intelligence; develops capture and proposal strategies; and coordinates engineering, operations, supply chain, pricing, and finance teams. Requires deep A&D electronics expertise, strong customer influence, and a proven record of business wins exceeding $20 million. Travel is approximately 50% across North America, with occasional UK and Europe travel.
