Leads and mentors Field Engineers responsible for secure software integrations and deployments into customer-owned, hybrid, tactical-edge, and disconnected environments. Provides technical direction on deployment architecture, automation, tooling, networking, infrastructure, monitoring, and operational reliability. Oversees readiness, documentation, compliance alignment, customer deployments, demonstrations, mission events, and post-deployment improvements while partnering across Engineering, Product, Security, and Mission Operations.

Sell TurbineOne capabilities to the U.S. Marine Corps by identifying opportunities, engaging military buyers, pitching demos, documenting scopes of work, negotiating contracts, driving expansions, informing product roadmap from operational experience, and translating between national-security requirements and engineering teams. Expect travel to bases and frequent customer-facing engagement in classified and unclassified environments.

Lead TurbineOne’s international partnerships across Europe and MENA, building alliances with defense primes, systems integrators, OEMs, technology companies, and DefenseTech firms. Own partner strategy, diligence, agreement negotiation, enablement, governance, joint go-to-market activity, and commercial execution. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and leadership to generate pipeline, improve market access, support pursuits, and drive revenue. The role requires extensive international travel and expertise in defense technology sales, channel partnerships, international agreements, and export compliance.
