Close inbound deals with technical customers, manage proofs of concept, collaborate with solutions engineers, support customers in Slack, answer technical questions honestly, and improve internal sales systems. The role requires technical literacy, systematic pipeline management, strong written communication, urgency, independence, experimentation, and customer-focused judgment.

Build turbopuffer’s partner program from scratch, including partner strategy, cloud-provider relationships, marketplace listings, integrations, co-selling motions, joint accounts, and revenue generation. Negotiate alliance deals, engage systems integrators, translate partner needs to engineering, and develop repeatable marketplace and sales processes. The role requires technical fluency, independent execution, strong writing, and experience building trust across organizations.

Own month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, transactional accounting, billing operations, payroll, benefits, commissions, equity, tax compliance, audit readiness, controls, and rolling forecasts. Lead an AI-native ERP migration, configure finance systems, deploy AI agents to automate workflows, and support multi-entity international operations while partnering directly with the CFO.
