Manages risk across large-scale construction and capital projects, including threat and opportunity analysis, quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments, contingency planning, risk reporting, and contractor risk coordination. Integrates risk management with project controls, cost, schedule, change, procurement, and claims processes. The role also supports contract and claims management, dispute resolution, cost control, supplier performance, final accounts, process improvement, and client knowledge transfer.

Create, manage, analyze, and report on complex construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau. Develop critical path, master, detailed, resource-loaded, and conceptual schedules; track quantities, float paths, dependencies, and trends. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity, identify delays, and produce progress reports and look-ahead schedules. Support construction and capital projects across sectors including data centers, infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy.

Supports senior leadership through complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, briefing materials, and executive communications. Oversees business operations, governance, compliance, risk management, client care tracking, reporting, dashboards, action registers, and operational processes. Maintains risk registers, supports audits and planning cycles, monitors strategic initiatives, and ensures follow-through on leadership commitments and compliance requirements.
