Coordinates Moves Add Changes logistics for Microsoft’s Puget Sound campus, managing individual and group moves of up to 500 employees. Responsibilities include project scheduling, vendor coordination, communications, reporting, facility walkthroughs, furniture ordering, floor-plan and work-order creation, post-move support, customer service, and continuous improvement. Create, analyze, and manage complex construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau. Develop critical path, master, detailed, resource-loaded, and look-ahead schedules; track progress, quantities, float, and utilization; produce reports and S-curves; collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors; and identify schedule risks and delays across large-scale capital projects.

Responsibilities include strategic and operational management, business development, financial oversight, resource planning, quality control, market research, process improvement, audits, client communications, proposal development, and staff mentoring. The role manages projects of at least $25 million and supports multiple sectors, including corporate interiors, campuses, and industrial projects.
