Manage multiple high-end commercial interiors and real estate projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include planning, design, construction, occupancy, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, quality control, client communication, resource selection, bid evaluation, issue resolution, and team leadership. The role also involves developing project charters and integrated timelines, influencing senior stakeholders, coaching team members, and improving project delivery methods.

Senior procurement, contracts, and supply chain consultant delivering transformational initiatives, procurement strategies, contract frameworks, supplier management, market engagement, RFP processes, commercial documentation, and contract performance programs. The role also supports team management, business development, capability development, thought leadership, and corporate programs for major capital projects across infrastructure, manufacturing, technology, life sciences, real estate, and public works.

Manage project controls across large capital projects, overseeing governance, budgets, forecasting, earned value, schedules, risk, change control, reporting, and performance analytics. Provide PMO oversight, consolidate contractor schedules, analyze financial and schedule risks, support approvals and commercial processes, and present recommendations to executives and stakeholders. Partner with project, cost, construction, contractor, and client teams to maintain delivery within approved budgets, schedules, and governance requirements.
