Manage multiple corporate interiors and real estate projects from initiation through closeout, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, quality control, and client communications. Lead project teams, develop scopes and timelines, evaluate bids, resolve escalated issues, influence stakeholders, and coach team members while delivering client and organizational objectives.

Leads project management operations and the NorCal project portfolio while driving business development, client relationships, proposal generation, financial performance, staffing, and team leadership. Oversees project delivery, budgets, forecasts, invoicing, recruiting, account growth, and service quality across government, education, healthcare, and construction management engagements.

Create preliminary electrical construction document sets for EV utility service applications, including power distribution layouts, equipment footprints, lighting and receptacle circuitry, panelboard locations, site plans, and single-line diagrams. Develop CAD standards, templates, dynamic blocks, and reusable details. Coordinate architectural, structural, and civil base plans, identify clashes, incorporate markups, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients.
