Turning Point of Central California, Inc. is a California nonprofit providing behavioral and mental-health care, substance-use and recovery services, residential treatment, housing assistance, children’s services, employment support, and community-corrections and forensic mental-health programs. Its mission is to create public benefit by helping people develop the skills, motivation, and resources needed to become productive, healthy members of society. It serves clients across California.
