Independently investigate complex auto claims, interpret policy, assess causation and damage, communicate with customers, negotiate resolutions, escalate or recommend reconsideration, make exceptions when warranted, contribute to process improvements, and manage an assigned claims inventory while working hybrid from the Paris office.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Payments team, you'll design new capabilities, migrate legacy services to microservices, and enhance the architecture and application design for Turo's marketplace. You'll lead and develop high-quality code, conduct testing, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve service scalability and reliability.
