Lead and execute Turo's US communications strategy, translate complex marketplace dynamics into national narratives, drive earned media and LLM/search visibility, modernize PR workflows with AI tools, position executives, own roadmap and budget, and lead and mentor a high-performing communications team while partnering cross-functionally to align product and regional narratives.

Lead and grow a product team to build dynamic pricing recommendations, risk-based fees, and host pricing interfaces. Define multi-year roadmap, partner with Data Science and Engineering to develop ML-driven pricing, synthesize market research and data, hire and mentor PMs, and drive product strategy to increase growth and profitability across markets.

Lead product strategy and execution for trip and support experiences, manage two PMs, define roadmaps and KPIs for guest experience and efficiency, drive AI-powered support and self-serve tools, partner with Ops, Analytics, Engineering, Design, and Research, and represent the area in company planning.
