Architects, builds, documents, and maintains cross-platform design system foundations and web components. Owns repositories, release workflows, CI pipelines, automation, testing, documentation, and adoption measurement. Leads AI-assisted engineering workflows and governance while coaching contributors, supporting product teams, ensuring accessibility, and mentoring engineers. Collaborates closely with designers and engineers across platforms and helps migrate components into consuming applications.

Leads Turo’s global tax function, initially rebuilding indirect tax operations and expanding into tax strategy, compliance, planning, and leadership. Oversees marketplace facilitator taxes, sales and use tax, VAT/GST, income tax compliance, ASC 450 reserves, ASC 740 provisions, transfer pricing, audits, tax controversy, and international regulatory developments. Partners with Finance, Legal, Accounting, FP&A, Product, and Engineering while developing the tax team and advising executives on growth, expansion, product, and M&A decisions.

Lead Turo’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, equity, pay structures, job architecture, and executive compensation. Manage a team of three and advise senior leadership on merit cycles, promotions, headcount planning, pay equity, transparency, and compliance. Oversee US and Canadian benefits programs while partnering with Finance, Legal, and HR Business Partners. The role requires scaling rewards programs in a high-growth technology environment and supporting market benchmarking, equity administration, and strategic workforce planning.
