Provide global employee IT support across macOS and Windows endpoints, identity systems, networks, SaaS applications, office technology, and infrastructure. Administer Okta, Google Workspace, MDM, endpoint security, and access controls; manage onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, assets, and compliance evidence. Build automation using Python, Bash, APIs, and workflow tools, troubleshoot root causes, maintain documentation, support office networks and moves, and coordinate technical escalations and on-call coverage.

Build and own internal backend products for model evaluation, regression testing, dataset discovery, and agentic context curation. Unify internal data and evaluation systems, enable secure, queryable access to petabyte-scale data across clouds with PII-aware access controls, integrate product usage signals, and harden internal agents for org-wide use.

Leads the engineering organization responsible for deploying and integrating TwelveLabs technology across cloud, private cloud, on-premise, and customer-controlled environments. Owns deployment automation, enterprise architecture, CI/CD, observability, security, and operational standards while converting bespoke customer requirements into scalable platform capabilities. Partners with customers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Security, and builds a globally distributed Deployment and Integrations Engineering team.

Own the product roadmap and execution for co-development, distribution, and integrations with major cloud and data platforms. Scope and validate integrations, drive end-to-end technical and GTM launches, align cross-functional teams, and measure partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption.

Own the operational backbone of the Legal function, including intake, matter tracking, contract lifecycle management, corporate records, governance calendars, compliance administration, policy management, legal playbooks, outside-counsel coordination, and cross-functional legal projects. The role also manages legal technology, employee training, reporting, and support for privacy, security, AI governance, accessibility, SOC 2, and CMMC initiatives.

Lead TwelveLabs’ application strategy and build AI-native video products from zero to adoption. Own customer discovery, product direction, prototyping, engineering collaboration, launch, growth, monetization, and customer value. Define application evaluations, quality and reliability standards, and requirements for shared models and infrastructure. Recruit and lead a lean team, establish rapid build-measure-learn cycles, partner with customers and cross-functional teams, and develop a repeatable portfolio and distribution strategy.
