Partner with research on model evaluation and readiness, work with customers and field teams to diagnose retrieval failures, define retrieval quality standards, and drive deployments across managed SaaS, customer-hosted environments, and AWS Bedrock.

Manage video-language data projects, collaborate with external partners, ensure data quality, and work cross-functionally with teams to advance data operations.

Design and build internal platforms for model evaluation, regression testing, dataset discovery, secure large-scale data access, and agentic context curation. Own end-to-end product lifecycle, integrate customer feedback, ensure access controls and PII handling, and enable cross-team use of datasets and evaluation tooling.
