Teams at Twilio

Leads global onboarding operations by building governance frameworks, SOPs, SLAs, workflows, and automation. Analyzes operational telemetry and activation metrics, partners with Product and Engineering on platform controls, translates technical changes for operations teams, manages escalations, documents processes, and mentors staff. The role requires strong data fluency, cross-functional program execution, and experience operating in ambiguous, regulated technology environments.

Drive prospecting, consultative solution selling, and closing for Twilio’s new products across enterprise accounts. Build strategic customer relationships, validate sales motions and use cases, manage complex multi-product deals, develop territory strategies, and collaborate with product, finance, legal, marketing, and engineering teams. Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecasts while serving as a customer advocate and technical subject matter expert.

Develop and execute executive communications strategy for Twilio’s Chief Product and Technology Officer. Write keynotes, presentations, blogs, press materials, social content, and internal communications; drive thought leadership and change-management initiatives; and represent R&D innovation to employees, customers, investors, media, and analysts. Partner with product marketing, corporate communications, R&D leadership, and cross-functional teams to strengthen the CPTO’s voice and Twilio’s innovation narrative.
