Leads Twitch’s global creative strategy and high-performing creative team, shaping brand identity and community-focused experiences across markets. Partners with senior leaders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to align creative vision with business goals, maintain global brand standards, use data to guide decisions, and introduce innovative AI-assisted processes. The role also drives team development, executive communication, agency management, and consistent, high-quality brand representation.

Provides executive support to the Heads of Community Trust and Policy, Outreach and Education. Responsibilities include complex calendaring, event and meeting coordination, travel and expense management, confidential communications, operational planning, budget and headcount coordination, process improvement, executive meeting support, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. The role combines traditional executive partnership with program management and operational coordination across Twitch, Amazon, and external organizations.

Lead Twitch’s Android Platform engineering team by setting strategic vision, shaping the roadmap, and delivering scalable tools, services, and frameworks. Partner with product, design, iOS, and engineering leaders to improve developer experience, release velocity, software quality, testing, performance, and operational excellence. Define team KPIs, foster an inclusive culture, resolve complex challenges, and develop engineering talent while shipping Android experiences at scale.
