Lead UX design for streamer monetization products: conduct user research, prototype mobile experiences, collaborate with PMs and engineers, combine qualitative and quantitative data to inform designs, present work to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers.

Lead Twitch’s global digital accessibility program across product, design, engineering, legal, and research teams. Own accessibility strategy, intake, backlog, auditing, QA, testing, education, enablement, and reporting. Serve as the accessibility subject-matter expert, manage QA specialists and vendors, integrate automated testing into CI/CD, advise executives on regulatory risk, and deliver scalable accessibility improvements across video and communications products and multiple devices.

Develop and operate full-stack consumer-facing features across web and mobile for Twitch communities. Collaborate with product managers, designers, technical leads, and engineers to design, launch, and improve interactive experiences, backend services, and products. Build customer-focused solutions that drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue while maintaining existing systems.
