Coaches employees, manages resources and costs, establishes governance, and guides optimization and AI-powered decision-support initiatives.

Leads business development and strategic partnerships for Uber Freight’s carrier marketplace and fintech programs. Develops ecosystem strategy, builds and manages partner pipelines, closes and implements partnerships, and optimizes existing relationships. Aligns Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders around priorities, investments, and measurable ROI. Shapes competitive strategy, influences executive stakeholders through data-driven recommendations, and converts strategic initiatives into practical execution plans.
