The Product Manager for Marketplace Integrity & Growth will define strategies for carrier onboarding, performance management, and fraud prevention while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective products.

Lead GTM technology strategy and engineering to scale Uber Freight's sales and marketing stack. Define requirements, evaluate vendors, author ROI-backed business cases, and prototype AI-driven automation across Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and enrichment platforms. Partner with engineering, BI, and enablement to integrate tools into the data lake, drive adoption and KPIs, and deliver executive reporting on tool health and TCO.

Lead forecasting, pipeline governance, territory design, and quota setting for acquisition and expansion sales. Build dashboards, run root-cause analysis, support annual planning, and present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to improve revenue performance.
