Drafts, reviews, and negotiates diverse commercial agreements, including vendor, marketing, sponsorship, real estate, technology, hardware, and supply chain contracts. Advises business partners on contract interpretation and disputes, collaborates with cross-functional teams, maintains legal playbooks, trains AI tools, and provides contracting guidance and client training.

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and evolution of Uber’s large-scale streaming data platform. Design resilient distributed systems, optimize performance and resource utilization, improve reliability and developer experience, and drive modernization across teams. Provide technical leadership for complex initiatives, establish engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and shape long-term infrastructure strategy for high-throughput, low-latency, multi-tenant workloads.

Design and build Kubernetes-native systems that schedule, execute, and manage machine learning workloads at scale. Integrate Ray with Kubernetes, improve cluster resource utilization, reliability, observability, and failure handling, and develop tooling, APIs, and frameworks for internal engineering teams. The role includes end-to-end project ownership, code and design reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across ML, infrastructure, product, and operations teams.
