Evaluate complex reinsurance pricing opportunities, conduct pricing reviews, develop recommendations, and support underwriting strategy and portfolio management. Lead pricing tool development and governance, perform premium forecasting, review actuarial work, mentor analysts, and analyze exposure and concentration risks. Partner with underwriting, catastrophe modeling, claims, and business leaders to guide profitable growth and strategic decisions.

Develops and improves property and casualty insurance products by researching market trends, regulations, competitors, and bureau programs. Evaluates coverage, drafts policy forms, supports regulatory filings, contributes to strategic product roadmaps, and provides product guidance to underwriting, claims, pricing, compliance, and other teams. The role also analyzes product performance, communicates recommendations, articulates system requirements, and mentors Product Analysts.

Provides enterprise-wide employee relations guidance and consultation on workplace concerns, investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and employment law compliance. Partners with HR Business Partners, Legal, and business leaders on complex cases, risk management, organizational changes, and agency responses. Maintains confidential case documentation, monitors trends, improves HR practices, and delivers manager training on investigations, corrective action, and performance documentation.
