Prepares and issues invoices, verifies billing data, onboards customers in Sage Intacct, resolves discrepancies, allocates billing correctly, supports billing inquiries, maintains documentation, and generates accounts receivable reports. Collaborates with operations and leadership to ensure accurate, timely billing and smooth month-end close processes.

Manages billing operations, including customer onboarding, invoice preparation, billing data verification, discrepancy resolution, departmental allocation, accounts receivable reporting, and billing documentation. Collaborates with operations and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve payment issues, and support accurate month-end closings. Requires strong numerical, data entry, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills in an office-based environment.

Organize and direct day-to-day preventative and response maintenance operations. Serve as point of contact for tenants, prioritize and dispatch work orders, schedule vendors, generate corrective and preventative work requests in the CMMS, monitor SLAs and escalations, produce regular reports on work order status and productivity, process invoices, support quality inspections, and provide administrative support to site leadership.
