Bridges stakeholders and engineering teams by gathering and documenting software requirements, clarifying scope, analyzing application behavior, tracking development progress, and resolving blockers. The role supports planning, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and knowledge documentation across globally distributed teams. Working familiarity with modern web application technologies helps facilitate communication, but coding is not the primary responsibility.

Conducts complex EMC and laboratory testing on customer products, follows and develops test plans, evaluates and documents results, manages test projects, operates and maintains test equipment, supports calibration, trains lab staff, communicates with customers, and applies automation and continuous improvement to testing processes.

Lead and execute complex laboratory test programs: follow and define test plans, operate/calibrate test equipment, evaluate and report results, manage projects, train staff, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements. May travel; onsite in Fremont, CA.

The Project Engineer manages consumer technology projects, coordinating specifications, client communications, and oversight of lab activities, while ensuring compliance and technical assistance.

Manage product certification and compliance for IT equipment from scoping through completion. Define test programs, evaluate samples, coordinate lab activities and technicians, communicate with clients, prepare reports and follow-up procedures, and support continuous improvement and industry representation.

Lead global calibration, measurement test equipment, and procurement processes across integrated laboratories. Harmonize procedures, ensure ISO 17025 compliance, manage equipment lifecycle and procurement standards, define KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and embed equipment workflows into digital platforms while engaging stakeholders to ensure adoption and governance.

Serve as a global SME for Industrial Metaverse technologies (PLCs, IoT, cloud/edge, digital twins, AI, EMC/RED, cybersecurity). Lead standards work, develop test programs, perform and supervise complex testing, train staff, represent UL externally, and support clients and continuous improvement across regional or global labs.
