Performs laboratory testing of client samples and products by setting up, adapting, operating, and maintaining test equipment. Follows test plans and standards, evaluates test results, records data, prepares reports, communicates with customers and engineers, performs basic calibration, and recommends equipment or process improvements. The role is onsite and supports safety testing for emerging technologies.

The Software Engineer develops and modifies information systems, supports complex requirements, analyzes application issues, improves systems performance, and collaborates with team members while following security practices.

Lead global calibration, measurement test equipment, and procurement processes across integrated laboratories. Harmonize procedures, ensure ISO 17025 compliance, manage equipment lifecycle and procurement standards, define KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and embed equipment workflows into digital platforms while engaging stakeholders to ensure adoption and governance.

Serve as a global SME for Industrial Metaverse technologies (PLCs, IoT, cloud/edge, digital twins, AI, EMC/RED, cybersecurity). Lead standards work, develop test programs, perform and supervise complex testing, train staff, represent UL externally, and support clients and continuous improvement across regional or global labs.
