Perform and set up laboratory tests and equipment, follow test plans and datasheets, record and evaluate results, prepare reports, perform basic calibration and routine maintenance, communicate with engineers and clients, and suggest equipment/process improvements. Work onsite with minimal supervision within defined responsibilities.

Perform and set up laboratory test equipment and procedures for client samples on night shift. Execute tests per datasheets, record and report results, perform routine maintenance and basic calibration, communicate with engineers and clients, and support continuous improvement and automation of testing processes.

Lead and execute complex laboratory test programs: follow and define test plans, operate/calibrate test equipment, evaluate and report results, manage projects, train staff, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements. May travel; onsite in Fremont, CA.
