Teams at Uline

Paid summer internship supporting outside sales activities across a customer territory. Interns receive professional sales training, work alongside Account Managers, conduct customer visits, provide product-based business solutions, support customer service and sales growth, and participate in team meetings and mentoring. The role is full-time, on-site, and open to college sophomores and juniors.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts while prospecting for new business across the South San Francisco territory. Plan weekly activities, conduct customer visits Tuesday through Friday, identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and develop product solutions using Uline’s extensive catalog. The role includes sales goals, presentations, customer meetings, regular office trips, and ongoing training and mentorship.

The role involves planning sales activities, conducting on-site customer visits Tuesday through Friday, building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing product solutions from Uline’s catalog. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and presentation skills, a valid driver’s license, and preferably five or more years of sales experience.
