Leads engineering personnel and technical projects supporting semiconductor manufacturing, new product introduction, continuous improvement, capital projects, facility construction, equipment installation, and process development. Oversees design, equipment, process, and R&D engineering activities; manages customer expectations, schedules, budgets, safety compliance, process controls, and product improvements. Requires strong leadership, semiconductor process expertise, cleanroom knowledge, and experience in high-technology manufacturing.

Leads complex engineering projects supporting semiconductor manufacturing, equipment, testing, and systems. Analyzes data and processes, resolves high-impact issues, improves yield, throughput, reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost, and drives NPI, technology transfers, factory ramps, and continuous improvement. Serves as a technical subject-matter expert, approves engineering documentation, supports audits and escalations, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors less-experienced engineers.

Designs and develops mechanical components and assemblies from concept through production release. Creates CAD models, layouts, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and bills of material while applying GD&T, design-for-manufacturability, cost-conscious design, and performance validation principles. Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve design issues and may coordinate designers and technical staff.
