Teams at Ultra Clean Technology

Leads sales strategy, pipeline development, business development, pricing, forecasting, and revenue performance for global semiconductor key accounts in the United States. Develops account strategies, proposals, value propositions, and customer relationships while coordinating Operations, Quality, NPI, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams. Drives issue resolution, competitive intelligence, technical review meetings, contract negotiations, and next-generation business opportunities.

Manages production planning and control for assigned production lines in an engineer-to-order environment. Coordinates materials, vendors, purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations to maintain schedules, resolve shortages, clear receiving inspections, and support on-time delivery. Creates and closes purchase orders, troubleshoots production-control issues, maintains supplier relationships, and may coordinate customer delivery schedules. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office skills, and MRP/ERP knowledge.

Supports new product introduction from design release through production, including prototype builds, qualification, manufacturing readiness, engineering changes, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Serves as a technical customer contact for early-life production issues, field troubleshooting, and product escalations. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality, operations, supply chain, and customers to improve product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and successful product launches.
