The Planner I is responsible for production scheduling, material coordination, and production planning to meet customer requirements. They manage work orders, troubleshoot control problems, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

Serve as primary HRIS subject matter expert for UKG and other HR systems. Improve and optimize HRIS processes, create reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity and compliance (SOX, I-9/E-Verify), support benefits and payroll integrations, train HR staff, and lead related projects to streamline HR operations.

Perform chemical sampling and manage samples in LIMS, maintain lab equipment and cleanroom protocols, support analytical testing and experiments, prepare media, handle hazardous materials shipping documentation, troubleshoot and calibrate instruments, follow SOPs, and support quality and continuous improvement activities.
