Develops and optimizes manufacturing, remanufacturing, and component repurposing processes for enterprise server production. Leads mechanical box builds, NPI transfers, tooling, process documentation, costing, engineering changes, quality investigations, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with clients and cross-functional teams while providing technical guidance and training to production personnel. Requires expertise in multi-level BOMs, component harvesting, MES traceability, manufacturing instructions, inspection equipment, and electronics manufacturing operations.

Supervise quality inspection activities across electronics manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with IPC standards and customer requirements. Lead audits, inspector training, MRB activities, root cause analysis, CAPA, quality metric reporting, customer quality interactions, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also supports quality management systems, nonconforming material disposition, and inspection technologies including AOI, X-ray, ICT, and FCT.

Leads engineering programs from planning through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, costs, quality, and performance. The role manages complex hardware and software development projects, supports product development process improvements, coordinates procurement and bills of material, communicates program status, and drives issue resolution across engineering, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Own and maintain the site Master Production Schedule, translating customer demand into executable production plans. Perform capacity planning, identify bottlenecks, manage schedule exceptions, support S&OP/SIOP, and maintain ERP/APS planning parameters. Coordinate with Sales, Materials, Production, Quality, and program teams to balance demand, capacity, materials, and delivery commitments in a contract manufacturing environment.

Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing test systems, equipment, procedures, and work instructions for electronic products. Resolves test-yield issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions, supports product transfers, and collaborates with customers and engineering teams. Trains test personnel, analyzes test data, qualifies testers, coordinates calibration and preventive maintenance, improves equipment utilization, and manages spare parts. Requires electronics expertise, programming proficiency, product-level debugging, circuit knowledge, and familiarity with manufacturing test protocols.

Prepare monthly financial and management reports, reconciliations, and cost analyses for domestic and international manufacturing operations. Support standard costing, BOM review, WIP, inventory reconciliation, PPV, margin analysis, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls. Maintain ERP and manufacturing-system data integrity while identifying cost gaps, inefficiencies, and margin leakage. Perform customer recovery analyses, ad hoc financial analysis, and process improvement projects using Advanced Excel.

Develop, implement, and maintain ICT and flying probe test processes, programs, fixtures, and equipment. Support test equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, IQ/OQ, DFT analysis, yield improvement, failure analysis, and cross-functional release coordination. Provide troubleshooting, training, and documentation for manufacturing test operations.

Develop, implement, maintain, and improve integrated management systems (quality, environmental, health & safety, information security). Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations, manage audits and CAPA, train staff, support management reviews, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Lead quality engineering for PCBA and mechanical EMS products: drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier quality, audits, FMEA, SPC/SQC/MSA, and ISO/AS9100/ITAR compliance. Prepare reports, train teams, and support product development.

Design and validate high-density PCBs for AI accelerator carrier and host boards. Lead schematic capture, high-speed interface optimization (DDR4/5, PCIe Gen5/6), PDN and thermal coordination, lab bring-up, debugging, yield root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements for hyperscale deployments.

Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing test methods and equipment for electronic products. Troubleshoots yield issues, performs root-cause analysis, improves test processes, trains technicians, qualifies new testers, manages maintenance/calibration, and coordinates with customers and sustaining teams to improve test methodology and yield.

Develop and maintain quality plans and inspections for PCBA manufacturing. Lead process audits, root-cause analyses, CAPA, supplier qualifications, SPC/MSA implementation, and customer quality communication and reporting.

Manage controlled documents in PLM/ERP, process and route change orders, create and validate BOMs, ensure documentation accuracy and compliance (QMS/EHS, ITAR), coordinate approvals, and support engineering and production documentation needs.

Lead end-to-end IT programs for global manufacturing, driving Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) rollout, enterprise system integrations (ERP/CRM/PLM/HRIS), PMO governance, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes, leads new product introductions, performs cost/tooling analysis, manages ECO/MCO documentation, supports quality and process validation, and trains production teams to improve efficiency and product manufacturability.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, drive customer integrations and failure analysis communication, produce datasheets and application notes, and relay customer feedback to influence product definition and R&D priorities.
