Provides executive leadership and governance across a product portfolio and key customer accounts. Oversees customer escalations, QBRs, contracts, claims, profitability, forecasting, and operational metrics. Leads and mentors Senior Program Managers, Program Managers, and coordinators while coordinating cross-functional manufacturing, planning, materials, quality, engineering, and business development teams. Ensures program onboarding, manufacturing readiness, contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable account growth.

Owns the end-to-end quotation process for electronics manufacturing services, including RFQ review, cost modeling, pricing recommendations, profitability analysis, and customer proposal preparation. Coordinates with engineering, supply chain, operations, finance, sales, program management, and suppliers to validate technical and commercial assumptions. Maintains costing databases, monitors commodity and supply chain trends, supports negotiations, and delivers reporting on quotation performance.

Manages customer programs from new product introduction through production, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating cross-functional teams. Tracks schedules, deliverables, risks, materials, inventory, quotes, and production status; resolves shipment, billing, rework, and program issues. Maintains program data, manages engineering and document-control submissions, launches RFQs and MRRs, presents status updates, and supports customer engagements in an electronics manufacturing environment.
