The Applications Architect Manager supervises technical personnel, oversees IT application management, ensures service delivery, and aligns strategies with business objectives, requiring extensive experience in IT and management roles.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24x7 NOC. Support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers; own Level 2 tickets, document root causes, produce operational reports, update network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 analysts. Work rotating shifts and support export-control eligibility requirements.

Provide Level 2 systems administration and network monitoring for development, test, and production servers. Install, upgrade, and license software; troubleshoot host and network issues; perform daily system monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping; recommend and implement solutions; and create user documentation and training materials.
