Perform back-office central operations tasks including CDARS/ICS, reconciliations, exception and fraudulent check review, ACH and chargeback processing, certifications, report review, and wire backup. Support branches and handle clerical duties (calls, mail, storage) while following bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Supervise onsite IT support and managed service desk operations, ensure SLAs, manage vendor relationships, oversee asset/change management, support application, network/telephony, AV and infrastructure refreshes, assist Director of IT during outages and projects, support audits, compliance, and M&A activities.

Prepare, review, and ensure compliant loan documentation for new, renewed, and modified loans. Coordinate with account officers, title companies, and internal departments, assist with training, reporting, and process improvements, and support the Documentation Manager on projects.
