As an Equipment Associate, you will perform tasks such as checking equipment for safety, cleaning, loading and unloading, and assisting customers with equipment rentals while ensuring safety compliance.

Inspect, clean, repair, and stage portable sanitation equipment for rental readiness. Perform general facility and yard maintenance, load/unload units (including forklift use), maintain inventory and supplies, and ensure quality and safety standards. Maintain housekeeping and communicate with Dispatch; may perform other duties as assigned.

Serve as the primary customer contact for trench safety equipment rentals: quote, sell, process reservations and contracts, establish accounts, educate customers on equipment use, assist with loading/unloading, dispatch deliveries, maintain showroom stock, and support branch sales growth.
