Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, consultative sales, presentations, negotiation, affiliation agreements, compliance coordination, CRM tracking, and frequent territory travel. The role requires strong communication, persistence, independent territory management, and collaboration with academic and healthcare leaders.

Leads NCLEX success initiatives by coaching students and faculty, analyzing ATI and licensure data, identifying at-risk students, coordinating remediation and test preparation, tracking students through NCLEX completion, reconciling results, and developing improvement plans. The role also supports faculty onboarding, ATI training, professional development, student communication, and licensure department initiatives.

Directs corporate financial aid operations, including federal and state aid awarding, verification, disbursements, Return of Title IV calculations, audits, COD reconciliation, default management, regulatory updates, and CampusVue troubleshooting. Oversees student financial aid records, reports, private loans, payment plans, and related staff coordination. The position requires regular on-site attendance and collaboration with students, faculty, and staff.

Oversee federal and state financial aid processing, including awards, verification, disbursements, Return of Title IV calculations, audits, reconciliations, and COD troubleshooting. Manage cohort default reporting, loan records, exit procedures, and NSLDS updates. Support regulatory compliance, private loans, payment plans, CampusVue administration, and staff coordination while collaborating onsite with students and internal departments.

Responsibilities include prospecting within an assigned territory, building relationships, conducting in-person visits, presenting opportunities, negotiating agreements, attending networking events, and maintaining partnership documentation and CRM records. This field-based role requires approximately 70% travel and focuses on meeting partnership, compliance, and growth objectives.
