Coach students and graduates on job-search skills, build employer partnerships, support hiring events and career-readiness activities, and drive employment outcomes. The role manages outreach, follow-up, engagement, documentation, employer relationships, and placement goals while collaborating with campus teams to improve student success.

Develops and manages clinical partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and education providers to secure student placement opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, consultative sales, presentations, negotiation, affiliation agreements, compliance coordination, CRM tracking, and frequent territory travel. The role requires strong communication, persistence, independent territory management, and collaboration with academic and healthcare leaders.

Leads NCLEX success initiatives by coaching students and faculty, analyzing ATI and licensure data, identifying at-risk students, coordinating remediation and test preparation, tracking students through NCLEX completion, reconciling results, and developing improvement plans. The role also supports faculty onboarding, ATI training, professional development, student communication, and licensure department initiatives.
