Field-based business development role building and managing partnerships with hospitals and clinical providers to secure clinical placements and affiliation agreements for nursing students. Responsibilities include prospecting, on-site visits, presenting to executives, negotiating agreements, onboarding partners, tracking activity in CRM, and spending the majority of time in the field to meet campus growth targets.

Lead and manage a campus Career Services team to drive graduate employment outcomes, employer partnerships, and compliance. Coach and hold staff accountable, perform frontline advisor duties as needed, build employer pipelines, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with campus and corporate stakeholders to improve placement and readiness metrics.

Coordinate Medical Assisting externship placements and manage employer partnerships while providing career coaching and employment placement support for Medical Assisting and Nursing students. Ensure compliance with externship, immunization, and documentation requirements; conduct site visits; deliver job-readiness workshops; maintain student and employer records; and support hiring and onboarding activities to drive student employment outcomes.
