Provides executive and administrative support to the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, meeting and board materials, expense processing, records management, office administration, reception, and public-records request support. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, writing and communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and proficiency with office and document-management software.

The CGRS Fellow will develop externally funded public interest fellowship proposals and, if funded, conduct strategic asylum litigation, develop litigation materials and strategies, and support attorneys and unrepresented individuals nationwide. The role focuses on restoring asylum access, defending gender asylum, and establishing favorable asylum law precedents. The Fellow will be based in CGRS’s San Francisco office and should have relevant immigration, refugee, or international law coursework or experience.

Develop and execute LexLab’s media strategy, editorial calendar, campaigns, and external communications. Source stories from programs and community activities, create multimedia and digital content, promote events, build repeatable content systems, manage media lists, and analyze engagement data to improve outreach. The role translates complex legal technology, AI, and legal education topics into clear, compelling stories for academic, professional, startup, policy, and media audiences.
