Six-month administrative role supporting the Quantitative Biosciences Institute. Responsibilities include booking rooms and travel, processing reimbursements and vendor payments, creating purchase orders, managing the internal events calendar, coordinating event logistics and guest lists, communicating with clients, and contributing to long-range event planning.

Serve as primary implementation project manager for the F1 phase of SJV PRIME+, coordinating cross-campus functional teams, maintaining project plans and documentation, tracking milestones and action items, synthesizing status updates, and supporting Day-1 operational readiness for Fall 2027.

Perform transfusion service testing (manual and automated), operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, validate and enter results in LIS, run QC, investigate transfusion reactions, manage inventory/UNOS entries, assist training, and follow all lab policies and safety procedures in a high-volume clinical lab.
