Supports high-volume HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including personnel and payroll transactions, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, I-9 verification, record maintenance, employee inquiries, reporting, compliance, and process improvement. The role uses Workday and related systems while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and timely service in a complex university environment.

Lead and manage alumni relations, annual giving, and major gift fundraising for the School of Cinematic Arts. Develop and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate and solicit major donors (including $1M+ gifts), oversee a team and budgets, produce donor materials, and coordinate with faculty, administrators, and advancement leadership to meet campaign and institutional goals.

Provides high-level executive support to the university president, managing strategic scheduling, briefings, correspondence, travel, expense reimbursements, stakeholder coordination, and executive workflows. The role supports decision-making, governance, institutional priorities, and complex cross-functional initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment. It also coordinates a special advisor’s travel and leverages AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
