Build full-stack software for AI-powered engineering and construction automation. Partner with hardware and analysis engineers to develop product architecture, performance, implementation, and customer-facing capabilities. The role requires end-to-end ownership across applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on AI coding agents, physical-world engineering or manufacturing software, rapid execution, and high autonomy. This is an in-person position in San Francisco, five days per week.

Develop and maintain simulation, performance modeling, and optimization tools for an AI-powered automated design engine. Model complex engineering systems, analyze design spaces, perform trade studies, and expand capabilities supporting large-scale infrastructure projects such as utility-scale power and data centers. The role requires systems thinking, strong first-principles reasoning, cross-disciplinary technical breadth, deep expertise in one or two areas, hands-on execution, and prioritization of high-impact problems.
