Lead and operate the Founder Services and Platform teams at a VC firm: organize talent, GTM, marketing, events, and customer introductions; coach founders (pre-seed to Series B) on recruiting, go-to-market, narrative, and hiring; build repeatable playbooks, set quality standards, and ensure timely, high-impact support.

Build and maintain platform APIs and real-time, low-latency streaming speech infrastructure; support migration and integration (auth, billing, metering); harden and evolve TTS and end-to-end speech model serving; work across stack from infrastructure to platform APIs.

As a Founding Engineer at Miravoice, you'll design architecture, ship features, and shape the product while improving AI voice technology and interacting with customers.
