Maintains and supports enterprise systems and infrastructure, including operating systems, applications, servers, virtualization, backups, security, and high-availability environments. Monitors performance, troubleshoots technical issues, supports maintenance activities, manages vulnerabilities with security teams, assists with infrastructure projects, coordinates vendors, documents systems, and responds to critical incidents.

Researches complex coding issues, develops and delivers coding education, creates curricula and resources, supports learners, analyzes audit results, and recommends process improvements. The role uses ICD-10-CM, CPT, payer guidelines, and coding accreditation knowledge to support internal and vendor coders. Responsibilities include instruction, assessment, reporting, industry monitoring, coder edits, QA webinar support, and collaboration with revenue cycle teams. This is a remote position requiring emergency department professional-fee coding experience.

Researches and resolves insurance and contract claims to maximize collections and minimize denials. Performs payer follow-up via phone and web portals, maintains worklists/KPIs, updates SOPs and payer matrices, escalates issues, and supports team and departmental process improvements in a remote setting.
