Acquire new business, service existing accounts, work with portfolio managers, client service, marketing and product teams to drive revenue growth, manage complex accounts, and supervise junior sales and relationship staff.

Lead design, development, and operationalization of enterprise Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI). Architect scalable cloud deployments, implement GenAIOps, observability, and secure CI/CD pipelines. Mentor engineers and partner with product, risk, and security teams to deliver production-ready, compliant AI systems.

Design, document requirements, and test business-rule solutions for Mortgage and Home Equity. Partner with stakeholders and implementation teams to define rule-based solutions, document application and formula requirements, act as liaison among business, credit risk, and development, and write and execute test plans to ensure quality implementations.
