Partner with Relationship Managers to underwrite and manage commercial credit portfolios, grow revenue by closing and expanding client relationships, manage credit risk, respond to credit inquiries, support sales calls, and identify customer needs.

Provide primary client support for Treasury Management customers and assist Treasury Management Sales Consultants with revenue-generating activities. Analyze customer needs and pricing, prepare RFP/proposal content, collect and monitor deal data, identify revenue opportunities, and provide product and operations feedback. May accompany sales on client calls.

Lead and support z/OS systems programming in a multi-Sysplex mainframe environment: install/upgrade/tune z/OS and third-party software, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in DR testing, document configurations, work with vendors, provide 24x7 on-call support, and lead modernization projects.
