Perform cleaning and maintenance of dining facilities and equipment, support kitchen sanitation, maintain supply inventories, follow safety and food-handling standards, provide customer service, and assist with general maintenance tasks.

Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm, and vehicle-tracking systems; document incidents in CAD and SharePoint; extract evidential video/photos; dispatch and liaise with police and campus staff; testify in court when required. Works shifts, holidays, and emergency duty.

Supervise staff and daily operations of the athletic fields maintenance shop. Plan, schedule, coordinate maintenance projects, provide leadership and guidance, ensure quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and enforce sports turf standards and NCAA regulations.
