Owns product measurement and decision thresholds across Ascend’s financial operations platform. Responsibilities include defining accuracy, success, and exception metrics; auditing production scores; partnering with Product and Engineering on instrumentation; deploying models for confidence scoring, reconciliation, collections, and recovery; monitoring calibration, drift, and realized outcomes; designing experiments; and using product data to inform the roadmap.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive Ascend's growth through prospecting, cold calling, and establishing outreach strategies, working closely with the sales team to achieve goals.

Own the post-implementation lifecycle for high-value enterprise customers: drive adoption, retention, and expansion; run business reviews and renewals; coordinate feature rollouts and support; surface customer insights to Product; and develop scalable Customer Success processes.
