As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive Ascend's growth through prospecting, cold calling, and establishing outreach strategies, working closely with the sales team to achieve goals.

Own post-implementation lifecycle for mid-market and enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as trusted advisor to executives, run business reviews and feature rollouts, coordinate complex support, surface customer insights to product and sales, and build scalable Customer Success processes.

The Product Operations Lead will manage the Product Operations team, overseeing execution and performance, driving delivery, metrics, and team development while taking on operational responsibilities and strategic initiatives independently.
