Teams at Useascend

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Ascend’s core money movement products, including payments, invoicing, receivables, financing, payouts, integrations, and funds flow. Partner with customers, engineering, design, GTM, and operations to define technical requirements, build AI-powered automation, reduce manual financial workflows, and deliver measurable improvements in adoption, efficiency, revenue, and operational performance.

Build and own customer implementations through production code, API integrations, webhooks, data workflows, account configuration, and technical testing. Partner with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to resolve technical blockers, support launches, drive adoption, and turn recurring implementation needs into reusable integrations and product features.

Owns product measurement and decision thresholds across Ascend’s financial operations platform. Responsibilities include defining accuracy, success, and exception metrics; auditing production scores; partnering with Product and Engineering on instrumentation; deploying models for confidence scoring, reconciliation, collections, and recovery; monitoring calibration, drift, and realized outcomes; designing experiments; and using product data to inform the roadmap.
