Owns product measurement and decision thresholds across Ascend’s financial operations platform. Responsibilities include defining accuracy, success, and exception metrics; auditing production scores; partnering with Product and Engineering on instrumentation; deploying models for confidence scoring, reconciliation, collections, and recovery; monitoring calibration, drift, and realized outcomes; designing experiments; and using product data to inform the roadmap.

Own the post-implementation lifecycle for high-value enterprise customers: drive adoption, retention, and expansion; run business reviews and renewals; coordinate feature rollouts and support; surface customer insights to Product; and develop scalable Customer Success processes.

Join Ascend as an on-site Software Engineer to expand the core product using Ruby and modern frontend stack. Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to build user-facing features, payment and checkout systems, own prompt logic and data extraction, monitor and improve product quality, support onboarding, and help shape architecture while mentoring peers.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Ascend, you'll work on expanding the core product using Ruby on Rails, collaborate with customers, and develop solutions for the insurance industry.

Manage day-to-day operations of securitizations and funding facilities, including portfolio reporting, diagnostics, data cleansing, cash flow modeling, funding protocol execution, and forecasting. Support the design and execution of securitization, warehouse, and corporate funding facilities. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Capital Markets teams while providing portfolio insights and contributing to interest rate risk management and scalable modeling practices.
